Background: Military personnel need to be in optimal physical fitness and ready for action. Currently used training programs are mainly based on cardiovascular routines that do not fulfill all requirements. Feasible easy-accessible needed improve strength-related performance. Objectives: The current study aims investigate the effectiveness of a suspension-training program with total body resistance exercise band fitness, biomechanical lower extremity injury risk factors, mental health, work-related factors navy personnel. Methods: To conduct this parallel-group randomized controlled trial, 50 young men aged 18 28 years will recruited. intervention group performs suspension (three times week 8 weeks) addition their daily duties; however, control continues duties. primary outcome is secondary outcomes include factors. Discussion: This evaluate trial performance, frontal plane kinematics, job satisfaction, workability, quality life might provide new insights various experts military coaches can as methods meet demands minimum facilities.
